Troubleshooting for Findinggod.com

Those of you using Macs have been having issues with the interactive review games.  Below are some tips from the support team at Loyola Press.  Hopefully this works!

The Interactive Session Reviews require the Adobe Flashplayer plugin and do not run on mobile devices like iPads and smartphones.

To install or upgrade the Adobe Flashplayer plugin on your desktop/laptop computer, simply go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and follow the instructions on the screen.

For MAC computer with the Safari browser specifically, there have been issues where the plug-in is installed but is turned off.  To see if this applies, launch Safari, then at the top of the page go to: SAFARI / PREFERENCES and then to the SECURITY section.

At the bottom of the window turn on ALLOW PLUG-INS and then click PLUG-IN SETTINGS.  You should see Adobe Flash Player in the left column.  Select it and then select Allow Always from the menu on the right side.

This should enable Flashplayer on your Safari browser.

The Chrome browser may also disable the Adobe Flashplayer plug-in after an update to the browser.  To correct this, Open your Google Chrome browser, type chrome://plugins in the address bar and press Enter. Scroll down to Plugins. Select, Enable Adobe Flash Player and check the Always allowed check-box.
